Policy on Spamming
You specifically agree that you will not use email addresses obtained from the Site to transmit the same or substantially similar unsolicited message to 10 or more recipients in a single day, or 20 or more emails in a single week, unless necessary for legitimate business purposes. You also agree not to use email addresses obtained from CityofJacksonKY.org for soliciting business from the City unless express permission has been obtained from the webmaster beforehand.
